West Lake Falls

This is from my "I really must be mad" department...

We looked at this 800 foot waterfall across the lake for days, at the top was a dramatic cascade. We wandered over there and after much scrambling we got to, or at least near, the top of the falls.

There were several verdant meadows loaded with flowers and mosquitos. Headnets are good!

This is a 20 megapixel image made from several frames of Nikon D-200 data.
